These standards are from the internationally awarded CHKS accreditation programme. They address different aspects of operational management across the range of health and care delivery sectors. Each standard, laid out in subsections, provides a step-by-step guide to best practice care delivery and management. These standards can be used to set up a service, address quality concerns, and/or to undertake internal audits within the service to assure stakeholders that best practice is being maintained.
